Refund policy

Holy City Bike Rentals Refund & Cancellation Policy

We currently only deliver to Charleston (downtown), Daniel Island, Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, and Mount Pleasant 

1. Reservations & Payment

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your bike rental. We accept credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
  • All rentals are subject to availability, and advanced reservations are encouraged, especially during peak seasons.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 48+ hours before rental start time: Full refund or option to reschedule your rental at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations between 24-48 hours before rental start time: 50% refund or option to reschedule.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before rental start time: No refund, but rescheduling may be permitted based on availability.
  • No-show or cancellation after the rental period begins: No refund or rescheduling available.

3. Weather Policy

  • For safety reasons, if there are severe weather warnings on the day of your rental, you may cancel or reschedule for a full refund. Please contact us as early as possible on the day of your rental to qualify for a weather-related refund.

4. Early Returns

  • If you return the bike(s) before the scheduled rental end time, no partial refund will be given.

5. Equipment Issues

  • If you experience any issues with your rental equipment that affect your ride, please contact us immediately. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a partial refund or credit for future rentals, depending on the situation.

6. Refund Processing

  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
