- You are required to set a delivery address for delivery and pick-up
- You are required to provide a contact phone number for delivery and pick up
- Although we will try our best to accommodate, your preferred delivery time window is not guaranteed. And if not specified otherwise, Bike Deliveries begin at 12PM and are guaranteed before 5pm on the first day of your rental period.
- Pick ups begin as early as 8AM on the last day of your rental period. Example: If your rental period ends Saturday, the bikes will be picked up Saturday morning at 8AM (NOT SUNDAY).
- Early delivery requests can be made by calling us on (843) 419 7976, but they are not guaranteed.
- If you need your bike(s) early morning (before 12pm) on the first day of your rental period, please book a day earlier.
- Same day orders are possible but not guaranteed, and it can't be booked online. Please call us on (843) 419 7976.
The demand for rental bikes during the high season, from end of March until end of September, is very high. Please be aware that we aim at delivering the best service possible, but it is only possible if all the above guidelines are applied!
